Forged Jewellery is a Cape Town-based artisan jewellery studio, handcrafting original pieces inspired by Cape Town and the South African Landscape.
Every piece in the Forged collection is made by hand by a single jeweller. There is no mass production, no buying from overseas vendors and no shortcuts. Each ring, pendant, signet, cufflink & tie pin set, and commission is crafted and designed by hand.

How Forged Begun
I make jewellery for the person who knows what it is to have a piece of themself taken away. I have been in the industry for 20 years, from a jeweller to sales and back to my calling. I have been overlooked, left out, and I have survived Breast Cancer twice. Forged is my passion, and my story is my driving force.
I make jewellery for the person who has sat in a hospital room, or a boardroom, or lived a life that was never quite theirs, and thought: when does it become my turn? The person who is rebuilding their body, their confidence, their sense of self. The one who is done being who everyone else needed them to be. The person who has survived despite the odds.
Forged isn’t soft. It isn’t delicate. It isn’t made for a person who wants to disappear.
It’s made for the person who fought their way back to themselves and wants something to remember their fight.
